  Wood has smudges on it that won't come off. I think there was a few boxes that were defected wood. I have called and left message for Boston to call me back so that he can look at floor. Plus they didn't interlock the pieces together in some areas. Plus some of the wood is not glued they sound hollow. I trusted them since they have been in business for years but not sure at this point.

  Fashion floors is a great company! I love my wood floors and tile! The installers were very professional and did an amazing job! The office help was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me make my selection. I am a very satisfied customer! I would highly recommend fashion floors to anyone. And I would definitely use them again!
